Brief Summary

For this reason Impilo Training Solutions exists to facilitate Small Enterprise Development and to assist local and national enterprise development and BDS facilitator organisations to meet the requirements of the Skills Development and Levies Acts through meaningful, impact driven training and facilitation.
Impilo Training Solutions was established in February 2014 as a private training and consulting firm based in KwaZulu Natal, but operating throughout Southern Africa.
The company specializes in the provision of general small business management training and mentoring programmes (SMME development and training), business linkages and business consulting for private, public and the SMME sectors.
Impilo Training Solutions is the brainchild of Pearl Sokhulu, the founder-member of the Pty (Ltd). She holds an associate database of seasoned SMME development practitioners, all whom are HDI’s and have specialised skills that when brought together provides an exhaustive, fruitful synergy in the management of the business and provision of quality consulting, training and mentorship.

Director
Mrs Shandu has a thorough knowledge of SAQA, NQF and Skills Development Legislation, coupled with extensive experience in skills development and training. Mrs Shandu also has a masters in education.
Miss M.I.N Mthiyane
Director
Miss Mthiyane has been rendering social work services with regards to care support and protection of vulnerable individuals. Miss Mthiyane has honours in Social Work.
Miss N.P. Sokhulu
Director
Miss Sokhulu has a thorough knowledge of SAQA, NQF and Skills Development Legislation, coupled with extensive experience in skills development and training. She has a Diploma in Community Development, Diploma in Project Management and Skills Development Facilitator.
